Diego is a serial Entrepreneur (3 exits), Thinker, Doer and highly skilled Strategist, with several years experience in technology startups. He also sits on the Executive board of various international companies / VC's and as an Advisor. Nowadays he is working as a connector, advisor and investment strategist for several international startups, VC's / BA's and Corporates, appling his knowledge in Corporate Innovation for several lectures and advising.
Xevi is an Investment Associate at Nauta Capital. Based in Barcelona, he is focused on deal flow origination, performing business due diligence and evaluating potential investment opportunities for Spain and Portugal.
Prior to joining Nauta, Xevi was COO at Decelera, the World’s First Startup Decelerator, where he was responsible for leading the entire startup selection process, supporting portfolio companies, and managing investor relationships. While at Decelera, Xevi served in the fund’s Board of Directors and investment committee, having led mainly B2B software investments.
Xevi holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from ESADE Business School. He did a full-time exchange program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, specialising in finance.
Sergio PEREZ MERINO
Sergio Pérez is an Investment Director at the Venture Capital division of Banco Sabadell. Sabadell Venture Capital , is Banco Sabadell´s initiative that directly provides equity and venture debt to early stage companies across Spain with a focus on ICT with a philosophy focused on supporting entrepreneurs. In addition, Sabadell Venture Capital has been carried out its presence in the healthcare investments, acting as an LP in funds and through direct co-investment agreements with these funds.
Prior to joining Banco Sabadell, Sergio Perez worked at Caixa Capital Risc where he collaborated in the expansion and consolidation of the division from more than 10 years. Further to his investment experience, Sergio was part of the initial team of Southwing , a technology start-up in the field of Bluetooth devices. He previously worked at Vodafone as an Engineer in the Integrated Solutions department.
Sergio holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC) and a Master in Corporate Finance law, Mergers and Acquisitions and Business Financing in ESADE
Christophe is the founder and CEO of 5M Ventures, which is a french accelerator of startups. 5M Ventures has invested in 15 French and Sspanisch companies so far, and helped to finance 27 other companies in the last 18 months, with a focus on BtoC, CtoC, BtoBtoC, pre-serie A, or Serie A. Prior to that Christophe, who fluently speaks french, english and german, was CEO of renowned Media Companies in France and Germany, and started his career as an investment banker.
Susana DE ANTONIO
Susana de Antonio joined Euronext as Head of EU Tech Hub and Spain Representative for Euronext, supporting Spanish Tech companies and their stakeholders through their IPO process. She has over 16 years’ experience in Venture Capital & Private Equity with 8 transactions completed and an aggregate value and equity invested of over €2.1bn and €330m respectively. She started her career at Netjuice Capital, an internet companies‘ incubator. After that she moved to the middle market Private Equity industry, spending 7 years at Vista Capital (owned by Banco Santander) and 8 years at L Capital (sponsorised by LVMH Group). She has been part of Pepe Jeans & Hackett and El Ganso Board of Directors. Susana holds a Bachelor Degree in Management and Finance Administration with majors in Finance and Accounting from CUNEF.
Borja is responsible to source and analyze new investment opportunities. He also supports partners in deal structuring and closing.
Borja has been involved in the startup ecosystem since 2013, taking part in Corporate Development and M&A activities at trivago and leading the Deal Flow processes for VC Investment and Acceleration firms in Barcelona.
Borja holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from ESADE Business School and Bocconi University.
Marcos has extensive venture capital experience working during the last 10 years for the most active fund in Spain. He co-founded and has been part of the management team of his own startup. In his spare time he use his knowledge as an investor and electronic engineer to invest and mentor several companies as a business angel.
Josep Solé is the Operations Manager at OneRagtime, the venture platform, which backs early-stage tech start-ups in Europe in their full journey to success and makes investment seamless for its community of over 500 qualified investors. OneRagtime works closely with Corporates, and portfolio companies include Keli Network, Gestoos, onoff, Make.org, Marie Quantier and +Simple to name a few.
Prior to this, Josep held several was Operational and Managing positions at Orange with a proven track record in driving digital transformation and developing new business units through multi-skilled/international teams, including Dailymotion Integration’s and StarMedia’s Managing Direction.
Josep graduated from Telecom ParisTech, The Wharton School and ESADE Business School.
Alessandro built and managed digital companies with distributed teams and international partners. Currently, he is in Barcelona working in the Fintech industry as the co-founder & CMO of Difitek, he is an author on multiple startups' publications, the curator of the Techstars Startup Digest weekly newsletter about financial technology, an advisory expert with the Solar Impulse Foundation, a mentor with FasterCapital and an expert evaluator with the European Commission for the SME Instrument programme, part of Horizon 2020.
Enrique DE LA RIVA
Enrique is the Country Manager for Spain & Portugal at Early Metrics, the leading rating agency for startups and innovative SMEs. Early Metrics' ratings bring transparency to the startup ecosystem and help corporates and investors to discover, qualify and engage with the most relevant startups with high-growth potential around the world.
Prior to this, Enrique held a business development role at a financial advisory firm, partnering with international PE and VC funds and family offices to identify target companies in the Spanish market.
Before that, he held various positions at a European and global level at S&P Global Ratings, where he implemented the communication strategy with institutional investors in Spain and Portugal, managed various business intelligence initiatives to support revenue growth, and developed tools and procedures to improve global sales team performance.
CONECTOR STARTUP ACCELERATOR
Quino Fernández is Director of Conector Startup Accelerator, having also acted as a mentor since its creation.
He was Head of Technology at Apple in Spain until founding Briefing in the mid 1990s, the country's first interactive agency and QSystems, a systems integrator for media, both of which were sold to Agbar. Previous to this he worked as Technical Project Director in the financial industry.
Since then he has participated in multiple digital communications projects as part of Quin Team, an advertising agency that he co-founded and which he directed for many years. He has lectured on Digital Marketing and New Media at various institutions and is a shareholder and advisor of multiple startups.
Rodolfo Carpintier is President of Digital Assets Deployment (DaD), a leading Spanish Internet incubator with 12 steady growing participated companies.
He has been: President of Commerce Net in Spain, Founding member and Vice-President of Netjuice S.A., Marketing Director at Telefónica Sistemas S.A., International Manager at SERVICOM, Commercial Manager at SERVICOM. He is specialized in using Internet as decision support in management issues. He follows closely developments in the European and US Internet market. He was founding member and President of the Spanish chapter of Commerce Net and is frequently asked to speak about: Innovation, The company of the 21st
Century and e-Commerce as well as about entrepreneurs and seed capital funding.
He has written three books: “Internet Hoy” in 1996, “Los Cinco Mandamientos de la Empresa en Internet: enseñanzas para después de una crisis” in 2004 and “Internet puede salvar tu empresa...o hundirla” in 2013.
Besides his mother tongue, Spanish, he is fluent in English, German and French and follows the development of Internet in those countries that speak these languages.

Guillem OLIVA DE FUENMAYOR
Lánzame Capital SL
Guillem is an Investment Analyst at Lánzame Capital, an early stage VC based in Barcelona investing in Mobile, Fintech and SaaS. He is focused on deal flow origination, the evaluation of potential investment opportunities and portfolio management.
Prior to joining Lánzame, Guillem accumulated different experiences in Investment Banking. He began in Equity Research to later transition into M&A, where he was involved in multiple cross-border transactions.
Guillem holds a Bachelor in International Business & Economics from UPF with a full-time exchange at UC Berkeley specialising in finance.
Jordi joined Kibo Ventures in 2017 as an Investment Manager. As part of the investment team he works on sourcing and due diligence of investment opportunities and supporting portfolio companies. He is based in Madrid but spends part of his time looking for opportunities in Barcelona. Since he joined the team, he has been involved in the investment and portfolio management of Consumer apps (21 Buttons), Mobility/Logistics (Bipi, Pack), Artificial Intelligence (Gestoos), Fintech and Proptech opportunities.
Prior to joining Kibo Ventures, Jordi accumulated operational experience in Deliberry, a groceries delivery startup based in Barcelona, where he was responsible of building up operations, processes and logistics. Prior to that, Jordi was consultant in Odgers Berndtson Management Consultants
Jordi holds a MSc in Industrial Engineering at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
Telecommunications Engineer and MBA, I was leading the Entrepreneurship Area at La Salle Technova Barcelona until 2012, where I managed a community of 100+ startups looking for investment and gave them support in their business development.
Then I went on to direct Wayra in Barcelona, the world's most global, connected and tech-driven Open Innovation Hub powered by Telefónica to support technology entrepreneurs with projects in Europe and Latin America.
Wayra Barcelona investments have been a success, raising third parties investment rounds for the startups for a total of more than $30M and also executed 3 cash-outs with high returns for the company.
I am observer in the board in all of the 27 companies we have in the Wayra Barcelona portfolio as of today.
I am also speaker at entrepreneurship conferences and university, trying to communicate new entrepreneurs and degree students my experience with other startups.
