Michael is a Director and Germany Representative for Euronext based in Frankfurt, supporting German Tech companies and their stakeholder in the Euronext IPO process. He has gained wide experience in corporate finance, in particular in ECM/DCM, M&A and in investment-research & valuation while working with BHF BANK and Commerzbank, among others. His sector expertise covers in particular TMT, Greentech and Healthcare. Michael was Head of Financial Markets at Kirch Gruppe in Munich and held interims-CFO positions in various German SMEs. He holds a University Diploma in Business Administration (Dipl. Kfm.) from Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt and is a Chartered European Financial Analyst (CEFA).

Josefina started her professional career as EMEA Partner Marketing & Program Lead at Microsoft EU Headquarters.
Later she changed for a couple of years to be a strategy consultant with pwc. But after her consultant experience she was offered a new position with another US Tech giant, namely as Startup and VC Strategy Leader with Oracle.
Currently she is leading for the first time in the public sector the dpt. for Trend-and Innovationscouting with GTAI, fully responsible for the internationalization of the Digital Hub Initiave put in place by the Ministry of Economy in 2017.

Otto is Principal and joined Partech in 2014. He is based in Berlin. Otto has led on the Partech side the investments in Bloomon, Chronext, Getsafe, Oviva, Bestmile, Acatus & Zolar and supports these companies as advisor or board member. He is especially interested in the FinTech, HealthTech, Industry 4.0 & B2B SaaS space as well as direct-to-consumer players.
Prior to working with Partech, he was interim CMO for HelloFresh in Germany where he enabled the company to meet their ambitious growth objectives. Prior to HelloFresh, Otto was working as a management consultant for Simon Kucher & Partners in New York. He supported US based technology, software and financial service institutions on sales, marketing and pricing topics resulting in strong profitable growth in and outside the US market.
Otto studied in Freiburg, London, Paris and Berlin. He received a Diplom Kaufmann, a Master in European Business as well as a Master Grande Ecole from the ESCP European School of Management. For his outstanding academic performance and entrepreneurial activities, he received a scholarship from the “Stiftung der Deutschen Wirtschaft”.
In his free time Otto is a passionate kite surfer and rower. He also follows his former profession as film actor by regularly visiting theater plays and independent film festivals.

Ira worked within retail at Media Market and online advertising at Google. She studied in Hamburg, Shanghai, Dubai and San Francisco with several tech company projects and was part of the high growth media startup YouNow in New York for 3 years. There she launched and lead the solution for the german speaking markets.
Ira works now for the Next Commerce Accelerator in Hamburg as a Program Manager to help startups get better faster by spinning a web between mentors, investors, partners and working with the startups on their product, branding, marketing, PR, partnership- and growth/sales strategy.
